SHARING THE SEEDS FOR A STRONG COMMUNITY
The Public Seed Library of West Chester is a repository of heirloom and open-pollinated seeds available for all members of our community. They can use their seeds in their gardens and contribute seeds back to the library when their plants produce at the end of the season.
How it works
Visit our borrowing location and check out your seeds.
Take the seeds to your garden and plant them, according to the growing season and instructions.
Save seeds from the best plants you grow based on the instructions we give you.
If you get a good seed yield from your garden, bring a portion of your saved seeds back to the library after the season.
